Okay,
I started by putting my own invented recipes neatly on paper. After being asked so many times to put things on paper, I am finally convinced that this is my thing.
It will not be a diet list or Haute Cuisine Magazine, but just a composition of quality food and (for those who need it) watch out for cholesterol and calories. I’m not going to give a detailed elaboration of calories or fat contents, but the recipes are made for myself from my own conviction to eat as healthy, low-cholesterol and low-calorie as possible in a pleasant way.
In my search for healthy but very tasty food I have thought a lot and tried it out.
With this as a result.

The recipes are about for two people, so double for 4 people, 3x for 6 people, etc…

I am crazy about full-fat cheeses, sweet dishes, butter and cream. Not to mention chocolate, ice cream, pate and fried dishes….
Unfortunately, these taste explosions are not 100% healthy…
So I had to look for another way to eat healthy, but…. also to be happy.

I have made a division into Main dishes, Side dishes, Desserts and Snacks.

I hope you can follow me during my explanation, otherwise: just follow your own imagination and common sense.
